"I ordered some parts I needed for work..."
I ordered some parts I needed for work because the site made it seem like they’d ship quickly. Instead, it took way longer than I expected, and I really felt left in the dark while I was waiting. The parts were fine once they finally showed up, so no complaints there, but the delay threw off my schedule. I probably wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something in a hurry...

I ordered a few supplies and thought the shipping was gonna be pricey, but it ended up being totally reasonable. There weren’t any random extra fees popping up at checkout either, which was nice. That alone makes me way more likely to order from industrialsupplies.com again.

"Better than I expected"
I ordered a few parts for our shop from industrialsupplies.com, the quality was solid. Nothing had that cheap feel to it, which I always worry about with stuff like this. Everything worked the way it was supposed to, and yeah, shipping and ordering were fine too. I’ll probably go back to them next time we need more parts...

"Easy return, just a little slow"
I had to send back a pair of gloves because they were the wrong size. The return itself was easy, and the refund came through after a few days. I do wish the updates had been a bit quicker, but overall it worked out fine. I ended up feeling okay about the whole experience

"Harder to use than I expected"
I assumed it would be straightforward to find what I needed, but I kept having to click around more than expected. The checkout also felt a bit clunky, and I found myself guessing what the next step was supposed to be. Not awful, just not as smooth as I figured it would be.

"Pretty solid packaging overall"
My order showed up packed really well, and nothing was broken or dented (which is always a relief). The outside of the box had a few scuffs, but everything inside was totally fine. Overall, I’m happy with how it was shipped

"Order was right, but I’m a little torn"
I got everything I ordered and there weren’t any mix-ups, so that part was solid. One of the boxes showed up a little beat up, but luckily the parts inside were totally fine. I usually stick with another brand I’ve trusted for years, so I was kind of hesitant to try this one, but the order went smoothly enough that I’d consider buying again.

Customer service ended up being really good when I needed help. At first, I felt a little dismissed, like my issue wasn’t being taken that seriously, but once they actually looked into it, they were helpful and got things sorted out.

"Usually Has What I Need"
They usually have solid stock, so I’m not sure why people complain so much. I was able to find the parts I needed here when other places didn’t have them at all. Yeah, one item ended up being backordered, but that happens. Overall, their availability has been good in my experience

"Plenty of options and easy to find what I needed"
I was surprised by how much there was to choose from. I went in expecting to spend a while hunting around, but I found all the parts I needed quickly. For me, it made the whole process feel way less stressful.

The stuff works fine, so no complaints there, but the prices feel high for what you get. I’m not sure it really feels worth it 😕
